Toshiba M200 "Screen" Videos

Due to my recent interest in Toshiba's line of notebooks, specifically their M200 Tablet PC, I've been actively reading and participating in an online community named the Tablet PC Buzz dedicated (obviously) to Tablet PCs. Needless to say, the people in that forum are some of the kindest, most sincere, and most helpful people with whom I've had the pleasure of interacting with.

One concern I've had with the M200 (which, I have not yet purchased BTW), is the clarity and brightness of its 12.1'' screen. There have been some recent posts regarding poor reflectivity and contrast, especially when the tablet is held in portrait mode.

Living in a region of this planet where I don't have immediate access to an M200 (oddly enough, I live in Canada), and finding photographs insufficient to qualify this issue, I employed the assistance of one David Beoulve, proud owner of a new M200 he's nicknamed 'Cecilia', to offer you four excellent videos of the M200, "in action". Hopefully, this should address a number of visual concerns prospective purchasers may have.

In the interest of context, I've deliberately disabled hotlinking to these videos. Effectively, this means that no one can link directly to these files from their personal websites. If and when I purchase a M200, I plan on dedicating this nook of my under-developed website to it -- and although cool uris don't change, well, I have the habit of breaking rules.

Enjoy!

Upon receiving a request to reinstate this website and the videos present here, well, I did.

As per several excellent suggestions, I've converted the .mov files to .mpeg (standard TMPGEnc encoder)

Another fine installment from David, this one with a brighter indoor light. He even samples the screen without his Strong screen protector
